To laugh or not to laugh?
My baby Collin is officially 3 years old today! With Riley's b-day right around the corner, we are having a joint party tomorrow with family and a few friends. The boys have been asking to jump in the bouncy house(courtesy of Papa G) so I told them that they had to clean up the toy room. They himmed and hawwed about it for a few minutes and then off they went. Collin even managed to grab the dust pan from under the sink. Wow I thought. So I go about putting the groceries away, and they come running in saying they are done. I go in there to see all the toys pushed to the walls and a clean center of the room. I say "no way jose's... I don't want to see ANY toys on the floor." They look at each other, say ok, and I go back to the kitchen. Not even ten minutes go by and the room is nearly spotless- a few toys in the corner and the closet doors shut. I open the doors to see this.... (How could I be mad? I couldn't''t help but laugh. They're weren't any toys on the floor.)

Need a gift idea?
So we decided to venture out today to get started on the holiday shopping. WOW- 5 people, 3 under the age of 4 and us. I-N-S-A-N-E. To put of shopping until the last two weeks was crazy, but to attempt to do it with not the slightest idea of what you're going in for is worse. We went up to Signal Butte and Baseline to store hop and went to Kohls first. Ya, not the best start. We walk in to find not a single cart ANYWHERE. Did I mention I had 3 kids with me??!! After standing at the front of the store for quite some time, I notice one in the parking lot. Steve, baby in arms, goes running for the cart. Needless to say, he comes in and its just the storage cart. No seat for kids. Dang. So enough is enough and I take the cart to a lady shopping, WITH NO KIDS and a stroller cart. Perfect, we exchange, and off we go.
We wander the store waiting for something to catch our eye, and as soon as we get settled in, Dalee pooped. Nice. So, Steve takes her out to the car, changes her and makes her a bottle(guaranteed nap). In the mean time, the boys are getting a little bored and so I grab two puppy purses off the rack to entertain them. Yes, I said purse, but it looked like a puppy with handles :) Anyway, we make it through the store, and Collin insists on getting this purse. I finally give in and forget the fact that its a purse. The cashier scans it- $38!!!!! Can you believe that? So ya, if anyone needs a hideously ugly furry puppy purse, they sell them at Kohls- And NO, we did not get it...
